grind

A course website that takes payment and grants access without a manager.

Students buy a course in the evening, after work, five minutes before they change their mind. If “a manager will contact you during business hours” stands between “I want it” and “I’m learning”, half of them leave. The site has to show the curriculum, take payment or an instalment plan and open access the same minute.

01 — The difference

A typical site vs mine

Typical

A GetCourse landing page with someone else’s domain in the address bar and a 4-second load

How I do it

Your own site on your own domain, 1 second to load, the curriculum shows up in search

Typical

“Leave a request and a manager will tell you about the plans”

How I do it

Plans with prices and contents on the page; “Buy” leads to checkout, not to a form

Typical

Payment works, but a person grants access in the morning

How I do it

Payment → an email with access and a Telegram bot link, automatically, at night too

Typical

The curriculum is “12 modules, 48 lessons”

How I do it

A lesson-by-lesson curriculum with the outcome of each module and one open lesson to try

02 — What’s inside

Modules

  1. 01

    Course page

curriculum by module, outcome, who it is for and who it is not for

    • SEO page
  2. 02

    Plans and payment

2–3 plans, one-off payment and instalments, YooKassa or bank instalments

    • YooKassa
    • Split / Dolyami
  3. 03

    Automatic access

after payment, an email and a bot link, no manual work

    • Resend
    • Telegram Bot
    • webhook
  4. 04

    Student area or integration

a simple area with lessons, or handing the student over to GetCourse / Teachable

    • Supabase Auth / GetCourse API
  5. 05

    Cohort and deadline

seat counter, start date, a timer without fake “2 hours left”

    • config data

    Reviews and results

student stories with before / after, video

Live

Same mechanics: plan → payment → access without a person

04 — What I take into account

People buy in the evening and at night: 40–50 % of payments are outside business hours

automatic access is not an option but a requirement

Instalments are not a discount

According to GetCourse Pay, enabling instalments brings +76 % instalment sales and +16 % to the average order. I put them where they are seen.

A student compares three courses by curriculum

The curriculum has to read in a minute, with the outcome of each module, not a list of titles.

Ad traffic goes to the course page, not to the school’s home page

Each course is a separate page with its own checkout.

06 — Questions

Common questions

4 questions · 1 minute

We are already on GetCourse — do we have to move?

Not necessarily. A site on your own domain takes payment and hands the student over to GetCourse via its API. Lessons stay there, sales get faster.

Can we sell without a student area?

Yes: after payment the student gets access to a private Telegram channel or a link to the materials. An area is needed once you have more than three courses.

How do we offer instalments without a bank?

Internal ones: YooKassa charges on a schedule. Bank ones (Split, Dolyami): you get the full amount at once and the bank takes a fee. I connect both.

Several cohorts a year — one site?

One. Dates, seats and the price of a cohort live in one file and change in a minute without a developer.

07 — Method

How I study a niche

grind — niche

$ research

> 10 competitor sites: what works for them and what doesn’t.

$ interview

> 30 minutes with you: how clients choose and why they leave.

$ map

> The client’s path from search to request. One action per screen.

$ build

> Modules for the niche, not a template.

Four steps before the mockup. Without them any niche is a template.

Running a course or a school? Tell me what you sell and how you grant access now — I’ll give you a timeline.
